Organic 100% Soba

MUSO From Japan 100% Buckwheat Soba Noodles are gluten-free and made with organic buckwheat flour only, no salt added.

They are specially crafted by a Japanese manufacturer who is dedicated to using the finest traditional skills to produce the best authentic soba noodles since 1934.

Enjoy hot in a savory shiitake broth, or chilled with grated ginger, freshly chopped scallions and dipping sauce. Although hot soba in broth is common, cold soba is very popular in Japan and other countries. Soba is considered an 'endurance food' because it is rich in protein and calcium. These whole grain noodles are absolutely delicious! Satisfying year-round, hot or cold, this traditional Japanese staple can be enjoyed in a variety of ways - use your imagination.

Premium Sesame Oil

Our 100% first-press Sesame Oil is unlike most sesame oils which are processed twice to extract as much oil as possible from the sesame seeds. No solvents are used in its extraction, only water, steam and wood burning stoves.

Ohsawa's Traditional Tamari

A deep color, rich consistency and more complex bouquet when compared with shoyu, so it retains its flavor better in longer cooking styles. Our tamari is a rich delectable seasoning sauce produced by the Deguchi family on the Chita Peninsula of Japan, using the same time-honored methods that have been passed down in the family for generations, traditionally brewed in cedar kegs. 100% wheat-free, Ohsawa Tamari is an excellent choice for those who are wheat-sensitive.
