UMAMI PUREES
MUSO From Japan Organic Umami Puree is a natural Umami-rich seasoning. Organic Umami Puree is a naturally fermented artisanal sauce made from soy sauce that has been infused with koji cultured rice. It is extremely versatile and has applications in many cuisines and cooking styles-adding umami and liveliness to any dish.

UMEBOSHI PUREE & PASTE
Umeboshi is a central ingredient in the kitchen, known for its sweet, salty, and tart flavor that balances acidic foods. It can replace salt in dressings, spreads, sauces, soups, grains, and vegetables. Umeboshi is a fermented food that lasts indefinitely at room temperature and prevents harmful bacteria growth. The addition of shiso (perilla) gives umeboshi its red color and adds antioxidants. This pickled ume plum (Prunus mume) has been used in Japan since the 10th century as a healthy tonic and energy booster for Samurai warriors. It contains citric and phosphoric acids, which can alkalize the blood, earning it the title "king of Alkaline Foods." Umeboshi adds a unique salty, sour, and subtly sweet flavor to dishes.
